Here's how to register for your graduation ceremony:
Registration opens on Tuesday 12 March 2024 for Winter ceremonies in Toowoomba and
Ipswich.
When your cohort (final study period) is eligible, you'll receive a Ceremony Invite communication asking you to register and pay to attend the current round of graduation ceremonies
After you complete your academic program you'll be offered two seasons to attend a ceremony.
If this is your first ceremony season and you're unable to attend you don't need to respond to the invitation. You'll be invited to the next of our future ceremonies.
To register for a current round of ceremonies, log into >
Student Centre > Graduations. Use the Graduate Response#2 (Deferred), not the Graduate Response#1
(Primary). These step-by-step

If you've previously registered for a ceremony and cancelled, you'll be unable to register online yourself.
Email graduations@unisq.edu.au requesting 'manual ceremony registration' and remember to provide your preferred ceremony location | date | time during the current round.
